These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by 16231837 Canada Inc. ("we", "our", or "the Company"), operating the Door Knock Pro platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

Door Knock Pro is a door-to-door sales management platform that includes: interactive mapping, GPS agent tracking, lead management, team management, performance statistics, and iOS/Android mobile applications. Available features depend on the subscribed plan.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By creating an account on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Pricing plans: we offer Free, Premium ($24.99/month), and Enterprise (custom quote) plans. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Billing: paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your choice. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled in advance.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable except as required by law or with our explicit agreement.
• Price changes: we reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization.
• Collect personal data from third parties without their consent.
• Use our services for spam or abusive solicitation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Door Knock Pro platform, its source code, design, trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of 16231837 Canada Inc.. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property, except the limited license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

Your data and content remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process them in the context of providing our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 16231837 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the last 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you in advance of planned maintenance where possible.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.

Upon termination, you lose access to our services. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through an in-app notification with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the services after this period constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
